I will guide you for 2 hours on this 1.5 km course of the cross of Saint Jerome that I have studied for you and you will make you discover the causse of Castelnau de Montmiral.

I will tell you about the local geology, the rich and varied flora and the discrete fauna typical of this natural environment.
